The interactive intelligent simulator monitoring and management system, based on cognitive digital twin technology, serves two customer segments: For customers who have not yet installed solar equipment or are seeking an integrated solution, the system includes optimized design and installation of solar panels, energy storage systems, sensors, and controllers tailored to geographical location and consumption needs, along with the implementation of a cognitive digital twin platform for real-time monitoring, production/consumption forecasting, pattern analysis, and smart alerts. For customers with existing solar installations, the system provides a comprehensive software platform with full monitoring, analytical, and predictive capabilities, acquiring data either through installation of new sensors by the company or by connecting to existing monitoring infrastructure via APIs and standard protocols where feasible. Among the company's key products is an intelligent anomaly prediction and alerting system.
