ICT Incubation Center The building of the ICT Incubation Center in the Science and Technology Park, spanning over 5 floors and combining elements of Iranian and modern architecture, covers an area of 5000 square meters. The park building accommodates 64 separate physical units across its 5 floors.

Advanced Sciences Technologies Incubation Center This building with an area of 2500 square meters has been allocated to the Science and Technology Park by the University, with the aim of establishing a Bio and Advanced Sciences Technology Incubation Center. Currently, 48 technology companies and startups are located in the Science and Technology Park, including 19 knowledge-based firms and 1 research and development company.
